PML-N opponents will bite the dust: Shehbaz Sharif

Published on: July 24, 2018 4:01 AM

DERA GHAZI KHAN: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz(PML-N) will emerge victorious on July 25 (tomorrow) and all of its opponents will bite the dust, said party President Shehbaz Sharif while addressing a political gathering in NA-191, Dera Ghazi Khan, on Monday.

On the last day of his political campaign, the PML-N president told the rally that his party will win the general elections with clear majority and form the next government. He said that Nawaz Sharif made Pakistan an atomic power. “He launched China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC) and strengthened Pakistan’s economy. He is in fact being punished for his good intentions and good deeds,” he said.

“Under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, we started Danish schools across the country. No other government has taken such initiatives to promote education.,” Shehbaz said. “The night of darkness is about to end … you all will witness a brighter morning on the day after elections,” he said, adding that people are still with the PML-N because they know that their imprisoned leaders are innocent. “People very well know who did politics of abuse and who did the development work,” he added.

Addressing a gathering in Basti Talpur, Shehbaz said that his party is winning the July 25 elections despite all ‘injustices’. He said that Nawaz Sharif ended darkness in the country, adding that if he gets another chance, he will develop DG Khan like Lahore.

The PML-N president also visited deceased party member Manzoor Ching wani’s house and offered condolences to the family members.”Every worker is pivotal to the party,” said the PML-N president, adding that Chinga wani’s sacrifices for the party will always be remembered.
