
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned on Tuesday that Russia is preparing new military, political, and propaganda operations targeting Ukraine’s defense industry and its international partnerships. The warning is significant as it highlights escalating hybrid threats beyond the battlefield. Ukraine and its foreign partners are directly affected.
Zelensky said Russian plans now focus on Ukraine’s missile production capabilities and efforts to develop domestic ballistic and anti-missile systems. He stated that Moscow views these developments as a strategic threat. According to him, Russia is preparing coordinated strikes and influence campaigns against related industries.

The Ukrainian president said he received intelligence briefings detailing Russian production facilities, supply chains, and foreign networks helping bypass sanctions. He added that Ukraine is tracking companies and individuals abroad who assist Russia’s military supply routes. Kyiv is working with partners to strengthen countermeasures.
Furthermore, Zelensky said Russia is also targeting Ukraine’s diplomatic and strategic relations with Moldova, the South Caucasus, the Middle East, and the Gulf region. He warned that Moscow aims to weaken Ukraine’s international ties and limit its defense cooperation. He said such actions confirm the importance of maintaining strong alliances.
