A woman arrested in Karachi on allegations of drug trafficking is now facing an additional case after police claimed to have recovered an unlicensed weapon from her possession.
Police registered a fresh case against the suspect, identified as Anmol alias Pinky, after allegedly recovering a pistol during a raid in the Garden West area of Karachi.

According to the first information report (FIR), the suspect was unable to produce a valid licence for the weapon recovered from her possession, leading authorities to file a separate arms case.
The latest development comes after police earlier arrested the woman from a flat in a residential building in Karachi’s Garden area during an operation linked to narcotics trafficking.

Law enforcement officials claim the suspect was involved in a large-scale drug supply network operating in the city. Police said they recovered cocaine worth millions of rupees, chemicals and other narcotics-related materials during the raid.
Authorities allege that the suspect had been wanted in multiple cases and was absconding in at least 10 separate matters before her arrest.
Police further claimed that the accused ran an organised narcotics distribution system using online channels and delivery riders to supply drugs across the city.
Investigators said the network allegedly included both male and female riders who were used to transport and deliver illegal substances to customers.
Meanwhile, controversy has emerged after residents of a flat listed in the case documents denied any connection to the suspect.
A family living at the address mentioned in the FIR said they have been residing there as tenants for the past eight years and do not know Anmol alias Pinky.
The family questioned how their residential address was included in the police report and said the alleged error has caused them severe mental distress.

The case has attracted significant public attention in Karachi, particularly after reports and an alleged audio clip linked to the suspect surfaced online.
Police say further investigations are underway to determine the full scope of the suspected narcotics network and identify additional individuals involved.
