
Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11 has announced its official Team of the Tournament, with Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam named as skipper for his outstanding batting and leadership throughout the event. The selection highlights top performers from all franchises based on their impact in the league.
The team features a strong representation from multiple franchises, with Peshawar Zalmi and Hyderabad Kings Men contributing three players each, while Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United have two players each. Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators are represented by one player each, reflecting a balanced selection across the competition.

Babar Azam stood out as the tournament’s leading run-scorer, amassing 588 runs while opening the innings. His consistent performances included two centuries, and he equalled a major record for most runs in a PSL season, reinforcing his dominance with the bat.

Other notable inclusions from Peshawar Zalmi include Kusal Mendis and Sufiyan Muqeem, with Mendis scoring 550 runs and contributing as a wicketkeeper, while Muqeem impressed with 22 wickets, earning both Player of the Tournament and Best Bowler awards.

The selection panel, consisting of a five-member commentary jury, also named an emerging players squad. The final XI reflects standout individual performances across PSL 11, which featured 44 matches played in Lahore and Karachi from March 26 to May 3.
