15,000 businesses registered, 8,000 licenses issued under ‘One Stop Shop’

Published on: April 25, 2026 8:45 AM

The Government of Sindh has significantly accelerated business facilitation through its flagship digital platform, the Sindh Business One Stop Shop (S-BOSS), delivering measurable results within months of its rollout under the CLICK project.

In a statement, Spokesperson for the Government of Sindh, Sukhdev Hemnani, said S-BOSS is transforming the province’s business landscape by integrating 16 government departments, 19 agencies, and over 130 licenses into a single online system – eliminating physical processes and reducing approval timelines. “S-BOSS has already delivered tangible impact. In just nine months, over 15,000 businesses registered and more than 8,000 e-licenses issued. This is a clear shift towards efficiency, transparency, and investor confidence in Sindh,” Hemnani stated.

He emphasized that the platform enables entrepreneurs, startups, and investors & businesses to apply, track, and receive approvals digitally, removing long-standing bureaucratic bottlenecks.

“S-BOSS is not just a reform – it is a structural reset. The days of manual approvals and delays are being phased out,” Hemnani added.

Highlighting inclusivity, Hemnani noted that youth and women entrepreneurs are among the biggest beneficiaries, gaining direct and simplified access to government services without intermediaries.

He further said the initiative is driving SME growth, investment inflow, and innovation, positioning Sindh as a competitive destination for business. “Ease of Doing Business is no longer a slogan. Through S-BOSS, it is now operational and accessible – literally one click away,” he remarked.

Hemnani concluded that the initiative reflects the vision of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for a digitally enabled, transparent, and business-friendly Sindh, where governance is aligned with modern economic needs.
