
NADRA has launched a new modern website designed to bring all identity-related services onto a single platform. The initiative aims to make citizen services more organized, accessible, and user-friendly. Authorities say the upgrade will improve efficiency and digital access nationwide.
The new platform integrates key services including CNIC, NICOP, POC, and Family Registration Certificates. It allows users to access multiple identity services through one unified system. Officials said this will reduce processing time and improve service delivery.

The website also introduces advanced data visualization tools through the nGRIDS system. Users can view registration data and statistics in map-based formats. It also provides comparative analysis at district levels for planning and research purposes.
In addition, the platform highlights national and provincial data trends including birth, death, marriage, and divorce registrations. Verification services for banks, telecom companies, and government institutions have also been integrated. Customer support channels have been upgraded for faster response.

Officials said complaint registration and resolution systems have been strengthened for better efficiency. The upgraded portal also includes career services and information on registration centers and mobile units. NADRA said the digital overhaul aims to improve transparency and public convenience.
