The Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed that Pakistan Super League Season 11 will proceed as planned, despite ongoing tensions in the Middle East raising travel concerns. Officials have reassured fans that preparations remain firmly on track without any delays.
According to the announced schedule, all teams will begin training sessions on March 24 and 25, allowing players to fine-tune their preparations ahead of the tournament. Importantly, no foreign player has withdrawn so far, reflecting strong confidence in the arrangements made by organizers.

The tournament will officially begin on March 26 at Gaddafi Stadium, where defending champions Lahore Qalandars will face Hyderabad Kings in the opening match. Meanwhile, the scheduled fixture in Peshawar is also expected to take place as planned.
Although flight disruptions in the Middle East have created logistical challenges, authorities have arranged alternative travel routes for international players. Cricketers from Australia, England, and New Zealand will travel via transit hubs, while players from Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will arrive on direct flights.

Furthermore, the PCB has reviewed comprehensive security plans to ensure the safety of players, officials, and spectators throughout the tournament. Officials emphasized that players will receive security protocols equivalent to those provided to heads of state during their stay in Pakistan.
The 39-day tournament will feature 44 matches across six cities, including Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Faisalabad, with eight teams competing this season. The final is scheduled for May 3, marking another milestone edition of Pakistan’s premier T20 league.
