The post included two photos from Barker’s birthday dinner. The first showed the Blink-182 drummer smiling in front of his birthday cake as Kourtney wrapped her arms around him. The second image drew more attention, featuring the couple hugging with Barker kissing Kourtney’s forehead while holding a tiny pair of baby shoes.

Fans quickly speculated that the baby shoes hinted at a new addition to the family. Comments flooded in, with users asking, “What do the baby shoes mean?” and suggesting, “Baby on the way.” Others noted that the pose resembled a common way celebrities conceal pregnancy news.
Some followers, however, theorized the shoes might belong to the couple’s son, Rocky, born in November 2023. Kourtney had previously denied pregnancy rumors in August, playfully responding to a fan with, “Eating pancakes and jumping off cliffs.”
