
KARACHI – Gold prices in Pakistan fell slightly on Saturday, mirroring a decline in the international bullion market. Globally, the price of gold dropped by $6 per ounce, bringing the new rate to $4,001 per ounce.
The local market reflected the international trend, with the price of 24-carat gold per tola decreasing by Rs600 to settle at Rs422,462. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold fell by Rs514, reaching Rs362,193.

Analysts attributed the decline to minor fluctuations in global demand and ongoing adjustments in international markets. A day earlier, gold prices both globally and locally had remained largely stable with no notable changes.
Investors and traders are advised to monitor the global market closely, as prices may continue to fluctuate in line with international trends.
