Ducky Bhai has been in custody of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) since August 20. The agency filed a case against him, his wife Aroob Jatoi, and others. Authorities allege the accused promoted an international gambling network on social media for large sums of money.
The YouTuber remains in judicial remand after his post-arrest bail applications were rejected by both the Judicial Magistrate and Sessions Court. Last week, NCCIA submitted a challan in district court naming Ducky Bhai, Aroob Jatoi, and their manager Subhan as the main accused.
