Adiala Jail says Imran Khan healthy, receiving all B-class facilities

Published on: July 15, 2025 6:35 PM

RAWALPINDI – Adiala Jail authorities have confirmed that PTI founder Imran Khan is in good health and continues to receive all B-class jail facilities without any discrimination.

According to jail officials, Imran Khan’s vital organs are regularly checked by appointed prison doctors and meet all required medical standards. They emphasized that no illness or health issue has been reported in the last two weeks.

The administration stated that Imran Khan enjoys privileges not offered to other B-class inmates. These include access to quality food, books, newspapers, exercise time, and an LED TV. He is also provided with an exercise cycle and has daily access to an open courtyard for two hours of physical activity.

Moreover, the jail clarified that Khan’s security and health needs are fully addressed. Over the last three months, 66 people, including party leaders, family members, and lawyers, have met him. During this time, he has continued giving directions related to elections, protests, and constitutional amendments.

Officials also revealed that Imran Khan has made 45 major headlines from statements issued in jail. Additionally, over the past two years, he has interacted with international media and regularly communicated through mainstream outlets and newspapers.

Dismissing recent social media rumors, the jail administration stated that such claims lack any truth and are only spread to gain cheap popularity. They stressed that no special or unfair treatment is being given to the PTI founder.
