What did Yumna say about her viral dance video?

Published on: January 14, 2024 1:55 AM

Yumna Zaidi, the acclaimed actress known for her role in the hit drama series ‘Tere Bin,’ recently garnered attention for her viral dance video.

The video, featuring Yamuna dancing to the song ‘Shendi’ from her debut film ‘Nayab,’ circulated on social media in late 2023 after being recorded at a family wedding. The dance performance earned widespread praise from both guests and fellow showbiz personalities present at the wedding. Social media users were equally impressed, expressing their admiration for the actress’s dance skills and noting the unexpected revelation of her talent.

Responding to the overwhelming positive feedback, Yamuna Zaidi embraced the limelight during a guest appearance on a private TV channel’s program ‘Chai Toast and Host.’

She candidly acknowledged her passion for dancing, stating, “I love to dance.” The actress went on to commend herself, confidently asserting, “I feel like I am very good at acting as well as dancing.” Notably, Yumna Zaidi’s debut film ‘Nayab’ is scheduled for release in all Pakistani cinemas on January 26 this month. The film depicts the protagonist’s journey as she confronts familial and societal challenges while pursuing her dreams.

Alongside Yumna Zaidi, the movie features a cast including Javed Sheikh, Adnan Siddiqui, Usama Khan, Muhammad Fawad Khan, and Faryal Mehmood. Produced by Abbas Naqvi and Basit Naqvi, ‘Nayab’ promises to be a compelling cinematic experience.
