ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly on Tuesday morning remembered former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto on her 63rd birthday that falls on June 21. The Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on the occasion prayed that may the departed soul rest in eternal peace. The first ever female prime minister of any Muslim country, Benazir Bhutto was assassinated on December 27, 2007 after she addressed a huge gathering of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) supporters at Liaqat National Bagh in the city of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. Her murder case has still not been resolved.
