RAWALPINDI: Decision has been taken to complete Rawalpindi Ring Road Project by 2017 year and directives have been issued to finalize PC-1 of this project within the shortest possible time. Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) directed 6 short listed companies to collect requisite for proposal and TOR documents till January 5 and file them till 7th January at RDA office. Later contract will be awarded to one company for completion of financial aspect and PC-1. The company which is awarded company will be required to obtain 80 percent marks in Technical Aspect along with 20 percent marks in financial aspect. The successful company will be appointed as Transaction Advisor for Ring Road project.
