Sir: Dengue epidemic is rising in area. People of area are totally unaware about its safety measures. Moreover, our provincial government is still sleeping and its health department too is inactive.
Dengue which is caused by four types of viruses called DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV-4. This virus’ causes are mosquito-bite at time dawn and dusk. Contagious mosquito is born in clean water rather than in pond water. It is basically home-grown mosquito.
Government should start anti-dengue campaign to create awareness among the people.
