ISLAMABAD: The reports about introducing 3 new Turkish School systems against established system in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad have come to open after handing over the charge of 28 branches of Pak-Turk International School System (PTISS) to Pakistani administrators. The management of these newly set up education systems in homes, plazas including Meezan, Pakistan Turkish School and Avian S School has started to introduce their system as alternative to PTISS. PTISS had not only restored its confidence among the citizens tremendously being quality education system but also majority of the children of sitting state minister for education Engineer Baligh ur Rehman, elite class and bureaucrats are benefiting from this schools system. The tendency for setting up new educational institutions on Turkish pattern is taking root in the country as certain elements behind the scene are out to annihilate PTISS after its control has gone to Pakistani administration. As many as 28 branches including two Islamabad branches of PTISS are operating across the country and over 11000 students are studying therein. PTISS is recognised as best quality education system due to quality of education and outstanding infrastructure. This system was being run by Foundation of Turkish opposition leader Fateh Ullah Gollan. On the eve of Turkish president Rajab Tayyip Erdogan after failed coup attempt in Turkey, government of Pakistan had handed over charge of all the schools under PTISS to Pakistani administration. The parents association comprising parents of the children studying in these schools had resorted to court therefore, the matter is still lying pending. Over 109 Turkish teachers of PTISS have been forced to leave Pakistan.
