Hollywood star Ruby Rose will be playing the role of Batwoman in a new CW series that will be an adaptation of the popular DC comic book series. Warner Bros has also confirmed that Ruby Rose has been casted as Batwoman for Arrow-Verse and is ready to be releaseds at the end of this year. The character of Batwoman will be introduced during a planned DC universe crossover occasion that will be featuring characters from other DC shows on the CW including The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and Arrow. Ruby Rose took to her Instagram and confirmed the news by saying, “The Bat is out of the bag and I am beyond thrilled and honored. I’m also an emotional wreck.. because this is a childhood dream,” she continued. “This is something I would have died to have seen on TV when I was a young member of the LGBT community who never felt represented on tv and felt alone and different.
