ISLAMABAD: Disgruntled Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Monday remarked that Nawaz Sharif should reveal which statement of his ‘hurt’ him.
The former Interior Minister said that it was time that Nawaz told the nation which statement had hurt him. He added that Nawaz was very vocal about what hurt him but never realizes when he hurts others.
Nisar said that if Nawaz was hurt by his comments asserting that he was confronting the judiciary and army, then his own brother Shehbaz Sharif has said the same.
He added that “Shehbaz still upholds that there should be no confrontation with the army and judiciary”.
Nisar’s comments came in after Nawaz on Sunday said that Nisar’s remarks were ”hurtful and saddening”.
Earlier, Nawaz had said that “it hurts me when Nisar talks like this about me”.
Nisar had said on Sunday that PML-N had handed tickets to those who had verbally abused Nawaz, questioning “When did i speak against the party?”
Nisar asserted that he had parted ways with PML-N and now there was no going back.
