Sesame Street puppet Elmo attended Australia’s TV show The Project, where he made his sentimental plea to his favourite singer Adele, announcing, “Elmo loves you with all of Elmo’s heart.”
The red furry puppet is in Australia promoting Sesame Street’s 47th year on the air. Following his confession, he even flooded Adele’s Twitter account, proposing Adele to sing with him. Elmo sent several tweets stating “hello.”
“Miss@Adele, Elmo’s been wondering if after all these years you’d like to meet? (We’re both in Australia!),” Elmo tweeted. Adele has been touring in Australia till March 19.
To everyone’s surprise, Elmo wants Adele to do a duet with Elmo of her Grammy award winning song ‘Rolling in the deep’.
