United secure their second victory over Qalandars in a nail-biting super over match

SHARJAH: Islamabad United won a sensational nail-biting match against Lahore Qalandars in Sharjah cricket stadium.

After winning the toss, Islamabad United scored 121 runs in 20 overs. In second innings, Lahore Qalandars chased level score in 20 over’s. The match was full of thrill, as wickets kept falling down. Lahore Qalandars achieved the level score in 20 overs.

In PSL’s first-ever super over, Lahore Qalandars batted first and scored 15 runs including two sixes. A fall of one wicket of Brendon McCullum was taken by Muhammad Sami.

Islamabad United chased the score easily, with the help of Andre Russell and Asif Ali, scoring 19 runs in an over. No wicket was taken by Mustafizur Rahman.
