ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan would announce the historical judgment of Panama Leaks case today (Thursday). A five-member larger bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal, comprising of Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, and Justice Ejaz-ul-Hassan would announce the judgment at 2pm. On this occasion, the district administration would provide foolproof security both inside and outside the Supreme Court to avert any untoward incident. No person would be allowed to enter the courtroom without special security entry pass. There would be a ban on entry of political workers in the premises of Supreme Court while PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Awami Muslim League President Sheikh Rashid Ahmed and Ameer Jamiat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq would also be provided special security. The parties of the Panama Leaks would be issued 15 entry passes each. Over 500 police personnel and additional contingent of Rangers would be deployed outside the Supreme Court. Almost 6 to 8 police officials would be deployed for the security of each political leader. Only entry pass holders would be allowed to enter the courtroom. To stop the entry of political activists, additional contingent would be deployed at checkposts in the red zone while stern action would be taken against sloganeers in the court premises.
