Four Palestinians were killed and four others injured during an attack involving Israeli forces and settlers in the town of Tell, southwest of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

In a statement issued on Friday, the ministry said the death toll had risen to four, while four people were wounded, including three who were reported to be in critical condition. The identities of the victims were not immediately released.
Local residents and Palestinian security sources said Israeli settlers entered the town and attacked Palestinian homes before opening live fire toward two residential buildings. Palestinian officials described the incident as a coordinated assault involving both Israeli settlers and military personnel.
