ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Parliamentary Delegation led by National Assembly (NA) Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq will leave for Kabul tomorrow on Friday. The delegation will meet President Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani, Speaker Afghanistan Majlis-e-Shura along with senior security officials and discuss the ways and means to de-escalate the growing tensions between the neighbors. It is pertinent to mention here that the parliamentary delegation will visit Afghanistan on special invitation of President Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani, who wrote a letter to Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif saying that Pakistan should send its parliamentary delegation to Afghanistan to ease tension. PM Nawaz Sharif constituted a parliamentary delegation under NA speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq. Which will leave for Kabul on Friday.
