
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said Pakistan cannot be intimidated or subdued by any aggressor as the country marked the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq. He said the occasion reflects national courage, resilience, and unity in the face of external threats.
In a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Shehbaz Sharif said the confrontation with India proved Pakistan’s strength and determination. He said the nation remembers its martyrs and armed forces who defended the country with unwavering resolve.

The prime minister said the coordinated response of Pakistan’s armed forces across multiple domains established the country’s defensive capability. He added that Marka-e-Haq will remain recorded in history as a defining moment of national strength and military success.
Shehbaz Sharif praised the leadership of the armed forces and said Pakistan demonstrated both restraint and readiness during the conflict. He said any future aggression would be met with a strong and immediate response to protect sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He also reaffirmed Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir, calling it an unresolved issue that requires settlement according to UN resolutions. The prime minister said Pakistan remains committed to peace, regional stability, and the fight against terrorism while continuing diplomatic efforts globally.
