Pakistan China Sign Three MOUs for Karachi Water Projects

Pakistan and China have signed three MOUs for Karachi water projects and other sectors. Pakistan China sign three MOUs for Karachi water cooperation to improve resources and strengthen bilateral ties. The agreements focus on water supply, agriculture, and tea industry development.

The signing ceremony took place in Changsha, located in Hunan Province. President Asif Ali Zardari attended the event. Moreover, officials from both countries highlighted the importance of expanding cooperation in key economic sectors.

The first agreement focuses on converting seawater into usable water for Karachi. It was signed between the Sindh Local Government Department and a Chinese environmental technology group. As a result, the project aims to increase water supply in the city and address shortages.

Meanwhile, the second agreement covers cooperation in agricultural technology. Officials from Sindh and a Chinese tech company signed this deal. In addition, a third MOU focuses on the tea sector, aiming to boost industry growth and strengthen trade partnerships between the two countries.

Finally, leaders from both sides said these agreements will expand economic and trade relations. They also aim to improve people-to-people connections and industrial collaboration. In conclusion, Pakistan China sign three MOUs for Karachi water projects to deepen cooperation and support long-term growth.
