Kings extend winning streak in PSL 11

Published on: April 16, 2026 7:47 PM

Hyderabad Kings registered a comfortable five-wicket victory over Rawalpindi in PSL 11 in Karachi, continuing their strong run in the tournament. The win marked their third consecutive success and helped them secure a place in the top four with six points. The result further strengthened their position in the league standings.

Batting first after losing the toss, Rawalpindi struggled to build momentum and were restricted to 121 for nine in their 20 overs. Only a few batters managed to contribute meaningful scores as the innings lacked partnerships. The team failed to capitalize on the batting-friendly conditions at the start of the match.

Hyderabad Kings’ bowlers dominated the innings with disciplined and effective spells. Mohammad Ali and Hunain Shah led the attack, taking three wickets each and breaking Rawalpindi’s batting rhythm. Their performance ensured the opposition never gained control of the match.
