LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Liaqat Baloch has said that the country’s youth was the worst hit by the corruption and wrong economic policies of the rulers. Addressing the provincial executive of the JI youth at Mansoora on Thursday he said that the youth comprising of almost sixty percent of the total population were seriously disappointed about their future. He said that the forces of the status quo and the ruling elite wanted to divide the youth and make them dejected so that the ruling janta could continue the exploitation of the entire nation. He said that the youth wanted a strong and stable Pakistan and added that it was the government’s responsibility to solve the youths’ problems on priority basis and on merit.
