ISLAMABAD — Pakistan has decided not to play against India in the upcoming World Cup, triggering fresh debate. The decision followed regional security concerns and diplomatic developments. A response from India’s cricket board has now emerged.
Reacting to the decision, BCCI Vice President Rajeev Shukla said the Indian board would not comment immediately. He stated that BCCI will wait for communication from the International Cricket Council. According to him, the matter remains under ICC jurisdiction.
