Dr. Rashid instructed her lawyer, Rana Mudassir Umar, to immediately file a petition in the relevant court. The lawyer confirmed that they have applied for a certified copy of the tribunal verdict. Once received, the court petition will be formally submitted.
Her lawyer added that the tribunal did not properly consider the facts of the case. The petition was rejected on technical grounds, according to the legal team. Yasmin Rashid insists the decision was unjust and must be challenged through proper legal channels.
