Karachi is likely to receive its first winter rain from Tuesday. The Pakistan Meteorological Department issued the forecast on Monday. Light rain and drizzle may continue for two days.

According to the Met Office, a westerly weather system is approaching Sindh. The system is expected to affect Karachi on Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures may drop slightly during this period.
