The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has requested more time to submit its report on YouTuber Ducky Bhai’s plea for the return of his social media accounts and ATM cards.
Judicial Magistrate Naeem Watto heard the custody application, during which NCCIA’s counsel stated that the investigating officer was in Islamabad and the case file had not yet been returned to the agency.

The counsel further explained that Shoaib Riaz had not handed back the investigation file. The court asked how Ducky Bhai managed his YouTube channel, and his lawyer clarified that the main account remains with NCCIA while only the editor account is at issue.
Ducky Bhai’s lawyer also argued that since all electronic devices, including mobile phones, were already in NCCIA custody, the four seized credit cards and cash should also be returned promptly to his client.

Accepting NCCIA’s request for additional time, the court ordered the agency to submit its report by 15 December. The hearing was then adjourned as the investigation continues under the registered FIR.
The case highlights ongoing legal proceedings surrounding digital assets and financial custody, emphasizing the balance between law enforcement investigation and individual rights over seized property.
