Sindh will introduce an e-marking system for matric and inter exams next year. The move aims to reduce errors, speed up results, and enhance transparency. Officials said the system will modernize examination processes across all boards in the province.
Minister for Universities and Boards, Ismail Rahoo, announced the plan at an Inter Boards Coordination Commission meeting. He said several boards had already tested e-marking for selected papers. Now, Sindh will move toward full implementation, digitizing all stages from question paper development to marking.

The minister addressed concerns about the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences. He said the Law Department is reviewing the matter. Stakeholders, including donors and the University of Karachi, will be informed to ensure the institution’s stability and continuity.
