Punjab CBD CEO reviews progress on flagship projects

CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, chaired a progress review meeting for the flagship CBD NSIT City and Walton Road projects, emphasizing quality, safety, and sustainable urban development under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz.During his visit to Walton Road, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin, inspected ongoing rectification works and the installation of safety fences on both sides of the road to ensure a safe and modern environment for commuters.

At the CBD Punjab Complex, the CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin was briefed on the progress of CBD NSIT City. The meeting was attended by COO CBD Punjab Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, Executive Director Technical Riaz Hussain, Director Architecture & Planning Sameer Aftab Sial, Director Project Management Asif Iqbal, project contractors, and NESPAK officials.

Director Architecture & Planning Sameer Aftab Sial presented the entrance gate design and master plan for green areas. CBD NSIT City will feature five park zones spanning 50 acres, including gyms, playing courts, jogging tracks, and amphitheatres. CEO Imran Amin directed the team to increase tree plantation to enhance the green landscape and environmental sustainability. The meeting also reviewed the transportation plan to ensure efficient mobility and connectivity across the city.

Commenting on the projects, CEO Imran Amin said, “Under the guidance of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, CBD Punjab is committed to delivering world-class, sustainable, and safe infrastructure for residents and businesses.”

The review reaffirmed CBD Punjab’s commitment to timely completion, quality assurance, and environmentally responsible development, strengthening Lahore’s position as a hub for modern urban living.
