OGRA notifies revised RLNG prices for November

Published on: November 20, 2025 12:40 AM

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced the new regasified liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) prices for November 2025, determined in line with the federal government’s policy guidelines. According to the notification, the RLNG price for SNGPL consumers has been set at $11.4305 per MMBtu for transmission and $12.3996 per MMBtu for distribution. For SSGCL, the transmission price stands at $10.0652 per MMBtu, while the distribution price is $11.4520 per MMBtu. A comparison with October 2025 shows a marginal decrease of $0.0076 (-0.07%) in SNGPL’s transmission price, although its distribution price increased by $0.1696 (1.39%). For SSGCL, the transmission price rose by $0.0067 (0.07%), and the distribution price increased by $0.2216 (1.97%). OGRA stated that the slight rise in overall RLNG prices is mainly due to an increase in the Unaccounted for Gas (UFG) percentage. However, the reduction in SNGPL’s transmission tariff reflects a decline in UFG on the company’s transmission network. The detailed notification is available on the OGRA website.
