ISLAMABAD: A child lost his life and two people sustained injuries after an attack by a wild animal in Ghariza area of Sepah tehsil in Khyber Agency. According to a private news channel, a wolf injured three people including a child who succumbed to his injuries on the way to hospital, while two others were under treatment. Thirty people have been injured in attacks by wild animals in Bara tehsil during the last six months. The area people said several requests had been made to the political administration to stop these attacks by these wild animals, but no action had been taken as yet. They have demanded of the administration to start a campaign to save the people from wild animals. ATC summons five more in Shahbaz Bhatti murder case: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad Thursday summoned five more witness to record their statements in the murder case of the then Federal Minister Shahbaz Bhatti. ATC Judge, Sohail Ikram, heard the murder case of former federal minister Shahbaz Bhatti. During the proceeding of the case, the court recorded the statement of a witness, Moazam Khan, and also directed to summon five more witnesses in the same case on the next date of hearing. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till November 9. It may be mentioned here that the court had so far recorded statements of eight persons out of a total of 29 witnesses. The country’s Minorities Minister, Shahbaz Bhatti, was shot dead in 2011 at Sector I-8/3 Islamabad when he left his residence for office.
