Sir: I want you to draw your attention towards the social problem of torts in our society. It is a very common problem nowadays. People are getting badly affected due to the negligence of other ones.
Torts are basically of different kinds. Most of the times, people get hit by a car or a truck due to the carelessness of the car driver. Sometimes, peel of the fruits cause people to slip along the road. Usually, people roll down the roads because of the spilled water from the houses nearby. Some car drivers also spill water on the pedestrians due to their over speeding on the roads. Some torts are also done intentionally or for some purpose. If someone will punch other person intentionally, it is considered to be an unlawful act. Tort is basically a civil evil. In our society, people usually take over one’s property without taking his permission and make it their belonging. People also use to get psychologically injured by the false statements of other persons about themselves. People also use to deceive others for their own personal gains and cause emotional or physical harm to them. A tort law has been formed in the west which has given the liability to the victim that he can sue the person accused of committing tort in the court in order to repair his damage. This law has been formed for eradicating the civil wrongs from the society.
Our government should also implement this law in a strict way in order to stop people from doing these harmful activities, so that our society can become a blissful one.
