The first look for ‘3 Bahadur’ sequel revealed

KARACHI: The official first look of the sequel of journalist and filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy’s animated blockbuster ‘3 Bahadur’ -’The Revenge Of Baba Balaam’, was released with the introduction of a new character Mitthu.

‘3 Bahadur’ sequel features voice overs by model-turned-TV personality Fahad Mustafa, actor Behroze Sabzwari, model-turned-actress Sarwat Gillani, rapper and actor Ahmad Ali Butt, Zeba Shahnaz, rapper and stand-up comedian Ali Gul Pir and the music of the sequel has been done by singer and songwriter Shiraz Uppal.

Academy Award-winning film director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy shares about ‘3 Bahadur’, “‘3 Bahadur’ created a sense of ownership in the Pakistani children and it’s a very special project to me. With the second part, the movie characters Saadi, Kamil and Amna are going to spread the message of bravery and fearlessness for every child across the country.”

ARY Digital Network President & Founder Salman Iqbal shares, “Today the official first look of ‘3 Bahadur – The Revenge Of Baba Balaam’ and it is a treat for the children to watch. We are honoured to release the second part of ‘3 Bahadur’ making the venture bigger with Sharmeen Obaid.” The first part earned more than Rs 6.5 crores at the local box office, and is Pakistan’s first and highest-grossing animated full-length super hero feature film. ‘3 Bahadur’ part 2 is all set to release in December 2016.

Waadi Animations is a joint venture company by SOC Films and ARY Films. The company is dedicated to producing animated content including feature films, short films, TV series and commercials. Waadi Animations’ first film ‘3 Bahadur’ released in Pakistani cinemas on May 22, 2015 and is now the highest grossing animated movie in Pakistan.
