PTI, PPP announces candidates for reserved seats in Punjab

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) have submitted their priority lists of candidates regarding reserved seats for women and non-Muslims in the National Assembly and the Punjab Assembly.

Eighteen women candidates, including Shireen Mehrun Nisa Mazari, Munaza Hassan, Andleeb Abbas, Asma Qadeer, Alia Hamza, Javeria Zafar, Kanwal Shahzeb, Seemi Bukhar, Sobia Kamal, Nohseen Hamid, Robina Jameel, Maleeka Bokhari, Fozia Bahram, Rukhsana Naveed, Tashfeen Safdar, Wajeeha Ikram, Asiya Azeem and 18-Mashaal Hassan are included in the PTI’s list of candidates for reserved seats in National Assembly from Punjab.

Likewise, Dr Yasmin Rashid, Saidiqa Sahibdad Khan, Shamsa Ali, Nasreen Tariq, Shawana Bashir, Shamim Aftab, Firdous Rai, Shahida Malik, Sumaira Ahmad, Syeda Zahra Naqvi, Aysha Iqbal, Neelam Hayat, Ummul Bunin, Uzma Kardar, Musarat Jamsheed Cheema, Sadia Sohail Rana, Shahida Zaheer, Farhat Farooq, Shaheen Raza, Talat Naqvi, Dr Shahina Khosa, Asiya Ikram, Seemabia Tahir, Aysha Chaudhry, Zainab Umair, Farah Agha, Farah Azmi, Sajida Begum, Sajida Yousuf, Sabeen Gul, Sabrina Javed, Abida Raja, Sania Kamran, Batool Janjua, Saira Raza, Fozia Abbas, Saima Tariq, Shabana Fiaz, Tabasum Shaheen, Aysha Khalid, Najum-e-Sehar, Rabia Malik, Nosheen Qureshi, Shehla Ahsan, Bushra Sikandar Bhatti, Robina Shaheen, Nighat Mehmood, Fatima Ejaz, Asifa Saleem, Gul Mehr, Naheed Sardar, Amina Asghar, Seema Anwar, Azra Perveen, Shabnam Jahangir, Shahnaz Khan, Nilofar Habib, Fatima Chaddar, Sanoba Malik, Rahila Kausar, Shaheen Kharal, Najma Haleem, Raheela Anwar, Rabia Akhtar, Dr Zarqa and Lubna Malik have made it the PTI’s women priority list for reserved seats in Punjab Assembly.

Meanwhile, Hina Rabbani Khar, Nelum Jabbar, Palwasha Muhammad Khan Zai, Itrat Bano Gilani, Mehrin Anwar Raja, Nitasha Doltana, Nasira Mayo, Rahila Baloch, Belum Hasnain, Samina Mushtaq Paganwala, Zahida Insari, Lubna Chaudhry Advocate and Malaika Raza are included in the PPP list of candidates for reserved seats in the National Assembly from Punjab.

The PPP’ list of candidates for reserved seats in the Punjab Assembly includes Shazia Abid, Nargis Faiz Malik, Musarat Bano Sindhu, Shahida Jabeen, Samina Naveed, Wazirun Nisa Chaudhry, Shagufta Javed Iqbal Kanja, Dr Noor ul Nisa Malik, Shagufta Chaudhry, Rahila Muhammad Ali, Sonia Khan, Saamia Amir, Shaista Khosa, Lubna Tariq and Dr Tasneem Chaudhry.

Moreover, Basroo Jee, Naseem Mehmood Sahotra, Najmi Saleem, Nida Nazir, Pannu Ram, Jibran Gill, and Naveed Amir Jiva have made it to the PPP’s list of candidates for minorities seats in the Punjab Assembly.
