According to Araghchi, Iran reserves the right to take all necessary measures under the framework of self-defence. His remarks come as tensions remain high between Tehran and Washington over regional security.
Moreover, Araghchi said countries supporting military action against Iran would be held accountable. He stressed that Iran considers any form of cooperation in such attacks a serious violation of international obligations.
The statement could increase diplomatic pressure across the Middle East and neighboring regions. Additionally, governments with military partnerships involving the United States may face closer scrutiny from Tehran.
