Furthermore, authorities stated that the case involves complaints filed by Saqib Chadhar, who alleged that he received threats from the accused. During the hearing and later outside court premises, Hamza Habib rejected all allegations and claimed that the FIR filed against him was false and motivated by personal disputes.
In addition, Hamza Habib publicly claimed that he is married to Momina Iqbal, describing her as his “red line” and stating that he would not separate from her under any circumstances. His remarks drew attention on social media as the case expanded beyond legal arguments into personal relationship claims and public statements made outside the courtroom.

Meanwhile, he also alleged that Saqib Chadhar attempted to pressure him to end his relationship in exchange for financial gain. He strongly denied those claims, stating that he would not be influenced by any such offers and rejecting any suggestion of compromise involving money or personal relationships.
Finally, Momina Iqbal’s sister Rimsha Iqbal thanked Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for providing security during the ongoing situation. She also stated that she had no contact with the complainant for over two years and claimed that harassment began after the actress’s marriage arrangements were discussed, adding further complexity to the ongoing legal and personal dispute.
