The disruption occurred as fans rushed to purchase tickets for high-demand fixtures at the National Bank Stadium, leading to a sudden overload on the website. As a result, authorities decided to pause online ticket sales to stabilize the system and prevent further technical issues.

According to sources, the online ticketing service is expected to resume shortly once technical teams resolve the issue. Officials assured fans that alternative arrangements have been made to facilitate ticket purchases during the downtime.

Physical ticket counters remain operational across multiple locations in Karachi. These include courier company outlets, designated sales points at Bait-ul-Mukarram, Johar Mor Express Centre, and the China Ground area near the stadium. Tickets are also being made available directly outside the stadium from midday.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has set ticket prices for the PSL 11 qualifier match at Rs500, aiming to make the event accessible to a wide range of fans. Despite the temporary disruption, officials emphasized that sufficient tickets are still available through offline channels.

The qualifier match, featuring Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United, is scheduled to be played in Karachi and is expected to draw a large crowd due to its high stakes.

Fans who purchased electronic tickets can still enter the venue by scanning their mobile QR codes or presenting printed copies at entry gates. The official ticketing website remains pcb.tcs.com.pk, where updates will be provided once online sales resume. Authorities have advised fans to remain patient and use alternative channels until the system is fully restored.
