The Pakistan Super League (PSL) technical committee has rejected Lahore Qalandars batter Fakhar Zaman’s appeal, upholding his two-match suspension. The sanction was originally imposed by match referee Roshan Mahanama after Zaman was found guilty of altering the condition of the ball.
The incident occurred during a fixture between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings, leading to proceedings under a Level 3 offence. Zaman had approached the PSL technical committee to challenge the referee’s decision, seeking to overturn the ban.
