The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday issued an official notification detailing the winter vacation schedule for all its benches and circuit courts in the province. The announcement aims to inform lawyers, staff, and the public well in advance.
According to the notification, the SHC and all its benches and circuit courts will remain closed from December 27, 2025, to January 9, 2026, for winter vacations. This break is observed annually to allow staff and judges a short recess.
Despite the closure, the court will continue to hear urgent and most important cases during the vacation period. Citizens with critical legal matters can approach the designated benches that remain operational for emergencies.
