Security forces kill 34 terrorists in multiple engagements in KP

From 13-15 October 2025, 34 terrorists belonging to Indian Proxy were killed in multiple engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

According to the statement issued by ISPR, on reported presence of terrorists, an intelligence based operation was conducted by the Security Forces in general area Spinwam, North Waziristan District. During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the terrorist location and after an intense fire exchange, 18 terrorists were killed.

Another intelligence based operation was conducted in South Waziristan District and in ensuing fire exchange, eight terrorists were neutralized.

In third encounter that took place in Bannu District, own troops successfully neutralized eight more terrorists.

Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorist found in the area as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

Meanwhile President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have paid rich tribute to the Armed Forces and security agencies of Pakistan for their successful operations against terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly in North, South Waziristan and Bannu.

In his statement, President Asif Ali Zardari said that these operations are a matter of pride for the nation and reflect the professionalism, courage, and determination of Pakistan’s security forces. He noted that the timely and effective actions of the security agencies have frustrated India backed terrorists and significantly improved the overall peace and stability situation in the country.

In his statement, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the security forces foiled the nefarious designs of the terrorists through their professional capabilities.

PM Shehbaz Sharif said all possible steps will be taken against terrorism for the safety of the Pakistani people and the stability of the country.

He said the anti-terrorism campaign will continue with full vigor until the complete eradication of the scourge of terrorism from the country.

The Prime Minister said the government of Pakistan is committed to the complete eradication of terrorism from the country.
