This agreement was made during the visit of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Defence Minister Yaşar Güler to Islamabad, where they met Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
The meeting, held under the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council (HLSCC), highlighted the historic brotherly relations between the two nations, rooted in shared culture, faith, and history.
