Lack of qualified teachers in Turbat  

Sir: There is not even a single professional and competent teacher in the Turbat district of Balochistan. Students face many hardships while studying as they have to prepare for the board exam on their own without any guidance. The question papers they get in board exams are too tough for them to understand let alone solve.

Some teachers are not serious in doing their job while most of them don’t even know how to teach because of insufficient qualification. Turbat is in hands of corrupt people who provide jobs to their favourites and don’t follow merit. This is why there is a lack of professional teachers in the district. The government should pay attention to the matter and provide professional teachers in Turbat otherwise students will face huge difficulties when they come to university or colleges.
