The winter season had not even bid farewell to Pakistan when WAPDA started unleashing power failures on us. We hardly ever get electricity for 10 or 12 hours a day despite the intense summer heat. These power losses are Especially disturbing in morning time when students prepare for school, and businessmen among other people need to get ready for their own commerce. Turbat is the hottest city of Balochistan, and this year’s heatwave is predicted to cause deaths and damage infrastructure.
