PESHAWAR: A 13-year-old student Muhammad Shah has appealed to Chief Justice Peshawar High Court and Inspector General of Police to release his father who was implicated by some influential and owner of Azam tower in fake extortion case in Hashnagri area. Addressing press conference in Peshawar Press Club on Friday, he said that some laborer were working in Azam tower near his house and when his father told the market owner to inform him when they are starting work in the morning but the owner and laborer exchanged hard words with his father and implicated him in false case of extortion. He said that his father was their lone source of income and after his arrest he has quit school and joined a job as a security guard to support his family. He alleged that the owner of Azam tower were behind the arrest of his father. He said that there is not one to release his father on bail as his mother and little brother could not support his family. He said that on one side he wasted his valuable school time while on other hand he is worried about the health of his father in Jail. He appealed to Chief Justice Peshawar High Court and Inspector General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to take practical steps for the early release of his father who was their lone source of income.
