LONDON: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri has said that the Punjab government was afraid of a Rangers operation in the province, while the police were harbouring terrorists. Talking to the media, he highlight that no law existed in India and Pakistan for a 10-year visa, and sought clarification on the issue from the high commissions of the two countries. Qadri also claimed that a conspiracy was afoot to frustrate Operation Zarb-e-Azb in the country. He said the Model Town tragedy was the worst form of state terrorism, and despite a lapse of two years, justice had not been served.
