Sexual child abuse is not an accidental abuse or killing of a grown-up elder, it’s all absolutely intentional abuse, followed by the murder of an innocent blooming, sweetest, flower-like human “CHILD,” trampled inhumanly and thrown away, like inhuman thrash. A man is what his action is and therefore the proven guilty innocent Child Abuser, with the horrific, barbaric, inhuman, brutal, mercilessly ruthless act (worse than animals), qualify himself to be treated and punished as “Inhuman” which delivers justice, all along If one agrees for the “Need” to severely punish the Child Rapist, so why not, the power be exercised fully in enacting laws, in the face of our children’s unsafe life and life-long sufferings (theirs, if survived and) of their families, against the proven guilty Child Abusers inhuman and brutal act. Considering child abuser, a human being, while deciding his punishment, most regrettably, is just a one-directional logic to support an imported “Mind -Set,” devoid of evidence for what being taken for granted, projected and advocated. Opposition to the death penalty, on the ground, it being an “Inhuman Penalty” is wrong and unacceptable. An inhuman, uncivilized act, with absolutely no care for a human darling child, a Child Abuser is absolutely not pardonable on any ground and not at all eligible, for any place (even the world harshest & worst possible prison) in any rights-respecting civilized society. With their absolute merciless utter disregard, to the innocent human darling child, the Child abusers do not at all qualify and least deserve any consideration for leniency, on any ground. Even the use of the word “Human” (courteously or out of politeness) for Child Abuser & murderer is disgrace and insult of the very word itself. With regard to any international organization (the so-called angel of wisdom, justice and mercy), or local human rights organization and the prevalent international laws are these any ineffective and as such, not amounting to waste of “Ink and Paper,” also in view of the “Human Rights on Fire” situation all around, very specially the last over six-months curfew, in the neighboring Indian Occupied Kashmir ? If so concerned and mission-bound, they, on top priority, need to focus on emergency SOS like situation there and come out not with polite condemnation/s but with action/s and credible deliverable/s towards some visible human rights improvement, for the Kashmiri population, especially the sizable, innocent growing Children there. To safeguard our innocent children, we absolutely need not be bothered, by “Frowning” or “Displeasure” of any sort (sky would not fall), by whom so ever, anywhere. Such expressions could be due to some other present or past policies, especially the most un-welcomed by some NGOs – the action/s against “Suspect” organizations in our country. Mere “Strong Condemnation” of the incidences of Child Abuse which even in dozens, if not hundreds, on issues of national concerns, seldom bring results for direly needed positive change for better in the society. An inhuman, uncivilized act, with absolutely no care for a human darling child, a Child Abuser is absolutely not pardonable on any ground and not at all eligible, for any place (even the world harshest & worst possible prison) in any rights-respecting civilized society No one is suggesting/advocating only the “Public Prosecution” as punishment to eliminate the absolutely un-pardonable, ever-growing child abuse (seven/day, according to one report) or does not wholeheartedly support, enhancing focus and energy towards all possible ways & means, for our dear innocent children’s protection which must be most positively looked into and most effectively implemented, at the very earliest possible time. However, following “Old is Gold” and creating absolute fear & open shame for the likely criminals/child abuser and his family, are the age-old accepted and established approach, for individual self-control and reducing crimes, leading to its possible elimination in any society. In addition to all sorts of reforms, to minimize the unpardonable Child Abuse horrific act at source, the very justified punishment to proven guilty Child abusers (already sentenced to death), such as public hanging and dragging the dead body in the streets, certainly sensitize, shake up and also motivate the public, to be also watchful and provide direly needed public support/information, to law enforcing agencies, in nabbing the culprits and putting them up to much-desired justice, by one and all… To cut off and eliminate the “Sprouting Ulcer” of child abuse from the society for once and all, merciless “Brutality” is the direly needed punishment for merciless brutality of the child abuser and murderer with innocent Child.
